My name is Sonia and I am a Reiki Master and practitioner dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of the local community. Specialising in providing individual Reiki care, I work to enhance the body's natural healing processes to support greater health, vitality, and overall wellbeing.  

Reiki helps to kick start the body's natural healing processes releasing energy that is no longer needed, while easing tension and inflammation. Reiki helps our mind to declutter so it is easier to focus on what is important both for our healing journey and life goals.

I am passionate about assisting my clients to prioritise their wellbeing via the beautiful modality that is Reiki while gently building confidence and self esteem.

 With 7 years’ experience, I offer a unique approach to Reiki prioritising the specific need for each client and creating space to experience deep calm whilst empowering clients to live their life in greater peace, hope and harmony.
